Terms of Service

IPrio is an online intellectual property validation and proof-of-existence tool.

The Platform allows Users to:

• Upload files for secure storage
• Generate cryptographic hashes (digital fingerprints)
• Receive timestamps (Trusted Service Provider + Blockchain)
• Obtain proof-of-existence certificates
• Verify previously uploaded files
• Purchase token packages for file protection

IPrio does not provide official copyright registration.

IPrio provides supporting evidence, not legal representation or legal outcomes.

You must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law

3.1. Account Creation

You must create an account to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

3.2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All activity under your account
• Ensuring no unauthorized access occurs
• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

IPrio is not liable for loss resulting from unauthorized account use.

3.3. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Attempt to exploit or disrupt the Service
• Engage in unlawful behavior

Users may terminate their account at any time via profile settings.

4.1. Token Packages

IPrio operates on a token-based system.
Each token equals one file upload + timestamp + certificate.

4.2. Payment Processor

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized merchant of record.

By purchasing tokens, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s Terms & Policies:

4.3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Lemon Squeezy may collect VAT/GST or local taxes where applicable.

4.4. Refund Policy

Because IPrio provides non-reversible digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Refund exceptions may be considered only in cases of:

• Duplicate charges
• Verified technical failure preventing use

Once tokens are used to generate a timestamp or certificate, refunds are not possible.

5.1. Ownership

You retain full ownership of all files you upload (“User Content”).
IPrio claims no rights over your content.

5.2. User Responsibility

You confirm that:

• You own or have permission to upload the files
• Your files do not violate any laws or third-party rights

5.3. Prohibited Content

You may not upload:

• Illegal content
• Malware, harmful code, or exploits
• Infringing, stolen, or unauthorized materials
• Content that violates privacy or IP rights of others

Violation may lead to account suspension and file removal.

6.1. Encryption & Privacy

Files are handled with strict confidentiality.
IPrio does not open, review, or process file contents beyond what is technically required to:

• Generate a hash
• Issue timestamps
• Enable verification

6.2. Secure File Storage

Files are stored securely for long-term verification.
We do not publicly display or share your files.

6.3. File Deletion

You may delete files from your dashboard.
Deleted files may remain in secure backup systems for a limited period as part of standard disaster-recovery processes.

IPrio issues a “Proof of Existence Certificate” containing:

• Cryptographic fingerprint (hash)
• TSP-issued timestamp
• Blockchain timestamp
• File metadata

This certificate serves as supporting evidence, not a substitute for national copyright registration.

IPrio provides technology, not legal representation.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes:

• Legal advice
• Legal interpretation
• Guarantees of legal outcomes

Users should consult qualified legal counsel for legal matters or disputes.

We aim to keep IPrio online 24/7, but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation
• Zero downtime

IPrio may suspend the Service for maintenance without prior notice.

All software, branding, design, and technology of IPrio belong to us.
Users may not:

• Reverse engineer
• Copy or modify the platform
• Use automated systems to extract data

Users must not:

• Interfere with platform security
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Abuse the file storage system
• Upload excessive or automated content
• Use the service for illegal activities

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• IPrio is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
• IPrio is not responsible for legal outcomes of disputes involving your content
• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”

Maximum liability to any User is limited to the total amount paid in the previous 12 months.

You agree to indemnify IPrio against claims arising from:

• Your uploaded content
• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms

The Platform integrates with third-party providers, including:

• Lemon Squeezy (payments)
• Blockchain networks (timestamping)
• Trusted Service Providers (TSPs)

IPrio is not responsible for decisions or failures of third-party systems.

We may update these Terms at any time.
Updates become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform.

Users will be notified of material changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of:
Republic of North Macedonia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
